Peña Projects is a Florida-based construction consulting firm led by licensed General Contractor Luis Peña. With 12+ years of construction experience and a background in insurance adjusting, we provide independent, defensible expertise for property loss, disputes, and complex projects.
We focus on accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication, delivering timely, court-ready reporting and practical guidance.
Our Story
Peña Projects was founded by Luis Peña and his wife, Lauren Peña, with a shared vision of building a consulting firm rooted in integrity and reliability.
Luis built his career in construction and insurance, gaining firsthand insight into how projects are built and how losses are evaluated. He is a graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Construction Management. Lauren began her career in the public sector before transitioning into private tech startups, where she has spent the last four years leading operations, marketing, and sales initiatives. She is also an FIU graduate with a degree in Business Administration/Management. Together, they bring both technical expertise and operational excellence to every client engagement.
